I'VE BEEN REALLY BUSY. Serious one. Juggling work life and social life is really not that easy I've learnt. I've only just realised because previously I never really had a social life. Hehe. I'm going to be squeezing 2 weeks worth of updates into one blogpost. (Something that hasn't been attempted before;psht)
10th Dec;
I went shopping and bought nothing.
11th Dec;
Students christmas ball! Such an awesome time with my fellow chums and mulled wine. Can't forget the mulled wine. It was my first of this year! Yumz.
12th Dec;
Ice skating at the Natural History museum. Best £15 spent and best 50 minutes spent and best falls I've ever experienced.
A very failed heyletstakeaphotowhileiceskating photo.
13th Dec;
A DINNER DATE WITH MY FAVOURITE KOREAN! Ji, I do love this girl. I've stolen her photos, and she's an instagram-addict. So I apologise for the instagram explosion!
We went to Kimchee for a lovely meal of jajangmyeon accompanied by honey citrus tea. I grew up drinking honey citrus tea, drinking it was nostalgic as hell. That doesn't make sense, hell wouldn't be nostalgic. Right?
14th Dec;
Of hot chocolate and walking around Covent Garden with Jen whytock.
15th Dec;
BIG BANG'S ALIVE TOUR LONDON STOP. Keep your eyes peeled on this space! I have amazing videos!!
18th Dec;
Bro's bday (bidet) party. AMAZING FOOD; pigs in blankets, ROAST PORK complete with crackling, caramelised vegetables, brussel sprouts, tiramisu, cupcakes, strudel.
Birthday boy. His nickname is Yoshi.
19th and 20th Dec;
Exciting days. My really really really amazingly good friend, Hanyue, was in London! My first friend I made in secondary school (Greenview sec school ftw!). I missed her so much, ohmygosh. So many damned memories with her!!! She used to call me queen and I used to call her servant. I'm not a mean friend, its only because once in class, the teacher asked me to go to the front to hand in my work, but I made him come to me instead. (Yeah, I was half angmoh, I got away with loads of things). So the teacher made everyone in class say 'yes your majesty' to me.
So on the 19th, I went to their hotel, and went to a pub for dinner. Her mum wanted traditional English food, and a pub was all I could think of.
The view from their hotel. Siao one, so nice.
Her mum and me! Her mum is really so awesome. She was asking me for my preferences in a guy, and then thinking of any guys she could set me up with.
I love her!
On the 20th, her mum treated me (again) to high tea at The Royal Garden. I was so in my zone! I freaking love having high tea. 20th was also the day I decided I want to be a housewife when I grow old..
THE SCONES WAS DELISH. My gosh
The best scones I've ever had, they're wrapped in a blanet on the bottom tier
Zhiliangui.
Best two weeks ever.
xx
