The sister ties the knot

2 months and 15 days late, but my sister tied the knot on the 14th of July! The typical english weather blessed us with rain and clouds. But its safe to say, it was the best rainy day I have ever experienced.

13th of July
13th of July was the day we decorated the reception hall and held the Hen do! This day brought together family, bridesmaids, groomsmen and friends. The seriousness and effort put in by everybody to make the place pretty really touched my heart. (Bleh)

Aunty Wah; the mastermind behind the bunting and a lot of other things! And Aunty Kimlee; the florist.

Mum and her two sisters stayed up till unearthly hours making these bunting. 100% homemade, and 101% perfection. We're actually thinking of renting them out.

Finished product! So breathtakingly beautiful. :}

*Swift transition to Hen-do photos*

Su-Lee; the only reason the hen-do was a success. Theme was madhatter!

Maybe, I shouldn't have sat them next to each other. Kelly and Aunty Pearl!

Tabz.

Nom nom, so much love. <3

Aunty Pearl (who wore pajamas to the Hendo...whut) and Aunty Rangena (also a mastermind behing a lot of things!)

14th of July!

Me, Rachel and Joyce stayed over at a hotel. And the day started at 5.45am for me and Joyce. Ew. Only because we realised we had NO BREAKFAST for the wedding day. The day we needed it most.  So me and Joyce had to find somewhere opened at this time to buy brekkie and the much needed coffee (WHICH JOYCE PROCEEDED TO SPILL EVERYWHERE. Please be reading this Joyce).

Can't believe I'm saying this, but, THANK GOD FOR MCDONALDS.

View from the hotel room was immense.

Bride's side.

Groom's side.

By this time, I had 4 people rummaging through their bags looking for tissues for me. I was already bawling my eyes out. Always remember, DAB NOT WIPE

Eric and Rachel Laug!

 THEY SO HAPPY.

Parent's and Berry family table. That's Ryan (Eric's dad!) and dad's brother, Uncle David, on the left and my parents of the right! (With my cute nana peeking over my dad's shoulder)

Father-of-the-bride speech! Speech was awesome. I remember him saying; its okay to have grandchildren for me.

Groom's speech.

Best-man speech was INCREDIBLE. Stories of Eric being found cleaning the toilet at 4am because he couldn't sleep.

And of course the traditional tea ceremony.

Notice the height difference. My gosh.

Best day of my life. Eric is super awesome.
